This magnificent villa comes with a full-time house-keeper and a full-time maid who are there to ensure your time at Baan Hen is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. They are available to cook, shop and look after your well being.

The 5 bedrooms can comfortably sleep 10 adults but there is extra room for 2 more if children and so this Phuket Holiday Villa is perfect for families or couples holidaying together.
There are two main suites both en-suite, a smaller double with en-suite bathroom and two twin rooms which share a bathroom / shower room.

There are spectacular views which you can enjoy from the outdoor dining / breakfast area or from the cool waters of the salt water swimming pool which is fairly deep with an over flow which drops into a shallower pool which has a jacuzzi where you can take in some breathtaking sunsets whilst sipping your favourite cocktail.

The living area is spacious with ample seating and comes with TV, cable TV programmes with English movies, news, sport and entertainment channels.

This Phuket Holiday Villa is located. between Kata beach and Kata Noi beach with both being within walking distance.

Baan Hen Villa has two kitchens, one Thai where most meals are prepared by the housekeeper and a modern, fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons where you can prepare your own meals and snacks should you prefer but the kitchen has all the necessary facilities to make your stay comfortable.

The villa is relatively open plan allowing it to remain cool and to take advantage of ocean breezes but the villa is air-conditioned throughout.
